What is Revulance?
Revulance helps businesses and agencies send Google review requests, automate reminders, and track email engagement from one platform.
Do customers need Brevo?
Yes. Each business connects its own Brevo account to send review request emails. Revulance uses your Brevo API key and verified sender to deliver messages and receive webhook tracking events.
How do review requests work?
Import customers, configure email templates with your Google review link, and send initial review requests. If a customer has not reviewed yet, Revulance can send a reminder after your configured delay. Sends can be manual, bulk, or automated via the scheduler.
Can agencies manage multiple businesses?
Yes. Agency admins create businesses under their agency, invite users, and switch between client accounts to manage separate review programs.
How often are reminders sent?
Reminders are sent once per eligible customer when the reminder delay passes after the initial review request. Default settings use a 7-day reminder delay, which you can customize in Campaign Settings. The scheduler checks hourly.
How do warmup limits work?
When enabled, warmup gradually increases daily send limits. It starts at 10 emails on day one and ramps up over several days. This protects sender reputation when importing large customer lists. Daily and hourly caps also apply when warmup is disabled.
Can I customize email templates?
Yes. Each business has customizable initial and reminder templates with placeholders for customer name, business name, and review link. Send test emails before launching a campaign.
How does analytics tracking work?
Brevo sends webhook events to Revulance when emails are delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, or unsubscribed. Revulance attaches these events to customer records and summarizes them in Analytics and the dashboard.
What happens if a customer unsubscribes?
Unsubscribe events from Brevo update the customer status in Revulance. Unsubscribed customers are excluded from future review requests and reminders automatically.
