Analytics Guide

Read campaign metrics and use data to improve results.

Overview

Analytics show send volume, engagement, and customer outcomes for the selected business. Use the Analytics page and dashboard stats together.

Open rate

Open rate is the percentage of delivered emails that recipients opened. Opens are tracked via Brevo webhook events. A healthy open rate suggests your subject line and sender name resonate with customers.

Some email clients block open tracking or report proxy opens. Treat opens as directional, not exact.

Click rate

Click rate measures how many recipients clicked your Google review link. This is often the most important engagement metric for review campaigns. A low click rate may indicate weak copy, poor timing, or a review link that is hard to use on mobile.

Completion rate

Completion rate reflects customers marked Completed in Revulance, either manually or through your follow-up process. Track completions alongside clicks to see how many engaged customers left a review.

Funnel metrics

Your review funnel has five stages:

  1. Imported: Customers added to Revulance
  2. Sent: Review request or reminder delivered
  3. Opened: Customer opened the email
  4. Clicked: Customer clicked the review link
  5. Completed: Review received or marked complete

Dashboard status breakdown and Analytics trends show where customers drop off so you can improve the weakest stage.

Understanding results

  • Compare week-over-week trends, not single-day snapshots.
  • Segment by import batch to see if list quality affects performance.
  • Investigate high bounce rates before scaling sends.
  • Pair analytics with Business Health to fix setup issues first.
