Connect Brevo, import customers, and run review campaigns.

Connecting Brevo

Each business connects its own Brevo account. From Business Profile:

  1. Enter your Brevo API key and verified sender email.
  2. Add sender name and reply-to address.
  3. Click Verify Brevo to confirm credentials.
  4. Copy the webhook URL and X-Webhook-Token header value into Brevo for email event tracking.

Revulance does not share Brevo credentials between businesses.

Setting review links

Add your public Google review URL to the business profile. Email templates insert this link via the review link placeholder.

Use a direct link to your Google review page, not your homepage, for better conversion.

Importing customers

Upload a CSV with required columns: first name, last name, and email. Optional columns include phone and service date.

Imported customers start with Pending status. View Import History to track past uploads and filter customers by import batch.

Sending campaigns

You can send Google review requests three ways:

  • Manual send: Send to individual customers from the Customers page.
  • Bulk send: Select multiple customers and queue review requests at once.
  • Automated scheduler: Enable an active campaign to send initial requests and reminders on delay schedules.
