Managing clients

Agencies run review programs for multiple local businesses from one Revulance account. Each client has its own customers, templates, Brevo account, and analytics.

Use Business Health and Analytics to see which clients need setup help or campaign changes.

Creating businesses

Create a new business under your agency with:

  • Business name and Google review link
  • Reply-to email and Brevo sender details
  • Brevo API key (verified on creation)

After creation, configure the webhook, templates, and campaign settings before the client sends review requests.

Inviting users

Revulance uses invitation-only access. Invite agency staff as agency admins or client users as business members. New users set a password when accepting their invitation.

Assign users only to the businesses they need. Disable accounts when team members leave.

Monitoring performance

Switch between client businesses to review:

  • Dashboard stats and recent activity
  • Analytics trends and engagement rates
  • Business Health readiness scores
  • Send limit usage during large imports

Check in with clients whose open or completion rates fall below your agency benchmarks.
