What is Revulance?
Revulance sends Google review requests and reminders on a schedule you control. Import customers, set email templates, and track opens, clicks, and completions.
Each business uses its own Brevo account for sending. You keep control of sender reputation and deliverability.
How review automation works
- Create a business profile with your Google review link and Brevo credentials.
- Import customers from a CSV file.
- Configure campaign timing, email templates, and optional warmup limits.
- Send review requests manually, in bulk, or through the automated scheduler.
- Track opens, clicks, bounces, and completed reviews in Analytics.
Basic workflow
Most teams follow this order:
- Confirm Business Health shows Ready before sending.
- Start with a small test list to confirm emails and tracking work.
- Enable warmup limits when importing large customer lists.
- Review Analytics weekly to improve subject lines and timing.
First campaign setup
1. Complete business setup
Add your business name, reply-to email, Google review link, and Brevo sender details. Click Verify Brevo to confirm your credentials.
2. Configure the webhook
Copy your business webhook URL and X-Webhook-Token value from Business Profile into Brevo. Use the URL as the webhook endpoint and send the token in the X-Webhook-Token header. Revulance uses it to track delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, and unsubscribed events.
3. Customize templates
Edit your initial review request and reminder templates. Send a test email to yourself before launching.
4. Import customers and send
Upload a CSV with first name, last name, and email. Send your first review request to a test customer, then expand to your full list.
