Customer Data

Businesses and agencies using Revulance may upload customer data to manage review request campaigns. Users are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to collect, upload, and use customer data within the Service.

Revulance acts as a service provider processing customer data on behalf of the uploading business. Customer data uploaded to the Service remains owned by the business or agency that uploaded it. We process this data only to provide the Service as instructed by the account holder.

  • Brevo — Transactional email delivery, webhook event tracking, and platform invitation emails where configured
  • Hosting providers — Application hosting, database storage, and infrastructure services
